Discover new places, share gardening ideas and enjoy good company with the Sully u3a Gardening Group.
Our meetings take us to a wide variety of local venues. When we welcome a guest speaker, we book a suitable room—often at the Old School or the Community Hall on Brockhill Rise, Penarth. We also enjoy visits to garden centres, members’ gardens, larger gardens and parks, including Roath Park, Dyffryn Gardens, Bute Park and the Cowbridge Physic Garden.
There is a friendly social side too, with a Christmas lunch at a local pub or restaurant and a winter coffee get-together at the Seashore Grill or a similar venue.
We prepare a varied programme for the year and do our best to follow it, subject to circumstances and the weather.
