Ian Caskie was born and raised on Merseyside and grew up with an abiding passion for ships. In later life he became a tour guide for the S.S Great Britain Trust. Today he presents an illustrated talk detailing the remarkable history of this great ship from the original design and her working life to her final restoration, preservation and "re-launch" as a multi award winning museum in her own right.
