New Members

Take out your Sully u3a membership by downloading the membership form and hand it in, together with £10 in cash, at the next monthly meeting at the Old School at 2 pm on the second Thursday of each month.

Alternatively, just come along to the next monthly meeting and join on the day.

Annual Renewal day is at the Monthly Meeting on the second Thursday of January from 1.30 pm at The Old School.

In 2025, our bank started levying charges on our day-to-day banking activities. This has influenced how we want our members to pay. Paying via internet banking, either by bank transfer or standing order, is free both for our members and the u3a itself. For members who are taxpayers, this is the best way to pay, especially when accompanied by a gift aid form.

For payments by Standing Order or Bank Transfer, please refer to your "Introductory Booklet for Members" for Bank Details or contact our Treasurer, then include your name and membership number in the bank reference box.

For members who are unable or unwilling to use internet banking, we want members to pay in cash because it costs members nothing and the cost to the u3a is low. Renewal day is ideal for members wanting to pay in person.

We prefer members not to use cheques, which incur a cost of 50p for every cheque. We are unable to accept payment by card.

Gift Aid

If you pay tax, please consider completing a Gift Aid Form. Download, print, complete, and return to the Membership Secretary. Forms will also be available at monthly general meetings.

If your circumstances change in such a way that it would no longer be appropriate for Sully U3A to claim gift aid on your behalf, because you no longer pay sufficient tax to make claiming gift aid legal, please inform the Membership Secretary.

Change of Details

Please remember to inform the Membership Secretary if your contact details change, such as a new postal address, email address or telephone number.
